About Nikki – Nail Artist at Nikki Nailed It

Hi, I’m Nikki — the face (and hands!) behind Nikki Nailed It. I’m a qualified nail artist based in Hazel Grove, and I specialise in creating intricate, hand-painted nail art that’s completely unique to you.

My journey into nails started with a love for, well... nails! Ever since I was very young, I've always been obsessed with nail art and having beautiful nails. So I've been training my whole life really! Once gel nails became a thing, they blew my mind. I couldn't believe the polish was DRY after 60 seconds in a lamp!!! This is where my skills really started to grow.

One of my favourite things to paint is portraits, and I still astound myself every time with how good they turn out!

It felt natural to be a nail tech, after being obsessed with nails for so long. So after many years of working in the 9-5 world, I nailed (pun intended) an online qualification with The Nail Tech Org, got myself qualified, and built my studio. It felt like the perfect way to combine my passion for nails whilst making other people feel amazing.

When you visit my studio, you’ll notice it’s a little different to a salon. I’ve designed it as a private, quiet space — no hustle, no noise, no distractions. I want every client to feel completely comfortable, whether you’re here for a bold design, a subtle set, or a moment of calm - or a natter!

I’m particularly passionate about making my studio neurodiverse-friendly, because I know first-hand how important it is to feel safe, understood, and respected - as someone who suffers with Combined Adult ADHD.

For me, nails aren’t just nails. They’re tiny canvases, a way of expressing yourself, and a chance to carve out time that’s just for you.
